"Nice bottle, but umm, not the toughest"
The bottle looks good and works fine for everyday use, but umm, mine started getting dents quickly even with normal handling. It’s still usable and does the job, I just expected it to hold up a little better.

"Bottle quality is disappointing"
I bought this from aarke.com and the bottle feels a lot cheaper than I expected. After using it for a short time it already had scratches and the cap doesn’t feel like it seals properly anymore.
For the price I really thought it would hold up better. It looks nice when you first get it but after a bit the quality just doesn’t feel like it’s there.

"Not really worth the price"
I was expecting a lot more for what it costs, but it just didn’t feel worth the money. It’s way too pricey for what you actually get.

"Thought it would fizz more... nope"
I gave it a few pumps expecting at least some decent bubbles, but the water basically stayed flat. At first I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, then suddenly I was just annoyed because... come on, bubbles are the whole point

"Not Worth It for Everyday Use"
Not worth the price for me. It does look really nice and kind of fancy on the counter, but using it every day has been more annoying than I expected. The bottle is awkward to click into place, water tends to drip onto the counter, and the lever feels cheap. I wanted to like it, but it’s just not great in real use.

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I had to send something back to Aarke it was okay in the end, just kind of dragged on longer than I thought it would. The return instructions were clear, so that part wasn’t really an issue, but after I shipped it back there wasn’t much communication, which had me checking my email like, okay, did they get it or what? The refund did come through eventually, so no major complaint there. I just think the whole thing could be a little smoother and maybe with a few more updates along the way...

I got the Aarke mostly because I remember thinking it looked way nicer than the other ones I was considering. And to be fair, it does work fine — I can’t really recall any major problems with it. But the part I apparently didn’t think about enough was the price. For what it actually does, it feels expensive compared to other options, and then the extras are pricey too. I like having it on the counter, but every so often I remember what I paid and think, yeah… probably not the best value

I really like how the Aarke looks on the counter, and it works fine most of the time. But maybe I’m doing something wrong? If I don’t get the bottle lined up exactly right, I end up with water around the base. It’s not a disaster, just kind of annoying considering the price. I keep going back and forth, but I think 3 stars feels about right.

"Slow replies and not much help"
Customer service was not great at all. A reply took forever to come, and when they finally answered, it felt like my message they hadn’t really read. Frustrating, and not what I was expecting.

"Good size for a small counter"
I picked this up because I really didn’t want another big appliance taking over my kitchen, especially for the price. It fits nicely in the corner of my counter and still leaves room for my toaster and coffee setup, which was exactly what I needed.
The only downside is that it’s a little heavier than I expected, so moving it around isn’t super convenient. Still, for what I paid, the size and footprint are solid. I’d give it 4 stars

"Looks great, tastes... questionable"
It looks nice on the counter, so there’s that. But for some reason the sparkling water has this weird flat taste to me, which is impressive considering the whole point is bubbles. The fizz is okay at first, but it just doesn’t taste fresh. Not exactly the refreshing experience I was hoping for

I was hoping to feel good about the sustainability claims, but they felt a little off to me. There wasn’t enough clear information to back them up, so I kind of felt left in the dark and wasn’t sure what to actually believe.

"Started out great, then got annoying"
At first it worked really well and I was happy with it, but over time it got more finicky and less dependable. What really started to bother me were the constant aggressive reminders — they felt way too pushy and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I was happy to find the spare part I needed without too much hassle. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, which felt avoidable, but it arrived in good shape and everything worked out fine in the end

So... I actually like the bottle and the machine for the most part, but getting CO2 refills has been way more frustrating than I expected. The places near me either don’t have them in stock or don’t offer refills at all, and ordering online hasn’t been very straightforward either.
For something I’d need to use regularly, that kind of defeats the purpose. I didn’t think I’d have to keep hunting around just to keep it working. It’s a good idea overall, but the refill situation really needs to be better.

"Setup was easy"
getting my Aarke set up was painless. It took me around 10 minutes, and the instructions were mostly clear, though I did have to reread the part about the gas cylinder once. It looks great on the counter and has been working well so far. Just knocking off one star for that small bit of confusion.

"My aarke broke while it was still..."
My aarke broke while it was still under warranty, so I figured getting help would be straightforward. But support kept asking me for more photos, receipts, and details, and I wasn’t sure what else they needed. It dragged on for weeks, and I still didn’t get a clear answer about what was happening.

"Pretty on the outside, disaster underneath"
At first, I thought this was going to be a great buy because it really does look nice. But a few weeks in, the wobbling started, and suddenly it felt like the whole thing was one bad move away from falling apart. The parts feel way too flimsy for what it costs. i expected much better and ended up disappointed.

My order arrived in terrible shape, the box was dented, leaking, and looked like it was barely packed with any care. it makes me feel like they’re more focused on getting the money and shipping things out fast than making sure customers actually receive the product properly.

"Looks good and cleans up easy"
I like the way it looks, and it’s been super easy to wipe down after use. The only little thing is the drip tray needs rinsing often, but it’s not a big deal.
